Click on the Start Button in the bottom left of the screen, this
will open the Start Menu.

Hold your mouse over "Settings" then Click on "Control Panel"
in the new menu, this will open the Control Panel window:

On this screen, you will need to click on the "Internet Options"
icon, this will open a new window labeled "Internet Properties":

In the Internet Properties window, you will need to click on the
tab at the top that is labeled "Connections".

Once you have the Connections tab open, you will click on the
button in the top right labeled "Setup":

Once you have clicked Setup, the Internet Connection Wizard
window will open. Choose the third option "I want to set up my
Internet connection manually". Click Next to proceed:

On this screen we will choose the option connect through a phone
line and modem. Click next to continue:

In the phone number section you will enter the phone number your
computer will call. Be sure to remove the check from "Dial using
area code". Your specific Dial-up number can be found by clicking here, Click next to
continue:

On the "Internet account logon information" screen in the User name
field you will need to enter your WHOLE email address that we provide
for you. An example of how it should look: username@tcworks.com.
In the Password field you will enter the password we have assigned to
you and confirm your password. Your password is stored in our systems,
and you CANNOT change your password without first calling us to change
it in our systems. Click next to continue:

In the "Connection name" field, you should name this The Computer Works. Click next to continue:

If you do not wish to setup your E-mail place the check next
to "No" and then click "Next" then click on Finish to complete your
setup. Then proceed to the final entry on this page:
If you want to set up your e-mail be sure the
mark is next to "Yes" and click "Next" to continue to E-mail setup
screen. If you do not wish to setup your E-mail place the check next
to "No" and then click "Next" then click on Finish to complete your
setup. Then proceed to the final entry on this page:

On the "Your Name" page in the display name field enter the Name you
would like other people to see when you send them an E-mail:

On the "Internet E-mail Address" screen in the E-mail address name
field you will need to enter your WHOLE email address that we provide
for you. An Example of how it should look : username@tcworks.com

On the "E-mail server names" screen the incoming mail server is a
"POP3"
The incoming mail server name will be: pop.tcworks.com.
The Outgoing mail server name will be: smtp.tcworks.com. Once finished double check your entries then click Next:

On the Internet E-mail logon screen, next to the Account name
the field, your username should already be populated based on
your prior entry on the previous page. This name WILL NOT be
your e-mail address. You should not have to alter this field at
all.
In the Password field you will enter the password we have assigned
to you. Be sure to check the remember password option if you wish for
it to log into your account automatically when you start your email
program. Your password is stored in our systems, and you CANNOT
change your password without first calling us to change it in our
systems. Click "Next" to continue:

Press the Finish button
