We take pride in building the best fiber network in the state. We partner with our in-house construction firm, Dirt Moves Inc, to develop a 99% underground fiber network protecting your internet connection from everything Arkansas Weather brings.

Here is a look at our construction process from start to finish

Planning and Design

  • Utility Identification: Before we begin, we utilize Arkansas One Call (811) to mark any underground utilities in the project area. We then utilize multiple utility verification methods including Ground Penetrating Radar and potholing to double check for any underground utilities missed by One Call.

  • Permitting: We obtain all required city and state permits and ensure access through designated public utility easements for fiber network installation.

Network Construction

  • Construction: After underground utilities are marked, we deploy our fiber infrastructure using trenching or horizontal drilling that allow us to safely and efficiently install fiber throughout the neighborhood.

  • Infrastructure: Our fiber network is the only 100% underground network in your area, ensuring exceptional reliability. We utilize conduit tubes to protect the underground fiber cables from damage.

Fiber to the Premise

  • Fiber Drop: We extend a fiber drop from the main line directly to your home or business. This fiber line will initially be placed on the ground to your home so we can make our initial connection. A member of our construction team will come back within 5 business days and bury the line in your yard. This connection remains underground protecting your connection.

  • Fiber Connection: At your property, we install an network box which converts the incoming fiber-optic signal into a connection usable by your router. From there we will connect to your in-home router, finalizing your internet connection.

Site Restoration

  • Restoration: Following both our network construction process and your fiber install, our team works to repair any disruption to your yard and utility easements on your property. This includes site cleanup, leveling soil and applying seasonally appropriate grass restoration.

  • Inspection: After every fiber installation, a dedicated team member conducts a site inspection to ensure all work meets our standards — and that your property is left in excellent condition.
