How It Works

  1. Refer a friend, family member, or neighbor to TCW Fiber.
  2. Have them provide your name and account number when they sign up for service.
  3. Once the customer you referred has made their first payment, you’ll receive a $100 gift card by email.

Referral Program Terms

  • The referred customer must be a new TCW Fiber customer and cannot be a previous TCW customer.
  • The referred customer must provide your name and account number at the time of signup.
  • Your referral reward will be issued once the referred customer has made their first payment.
  • Your account must be in good standing at the time the reward is processed.
